Fee Schedule
Accreditation Fees
Regularly Scheduled Series (grand rounds, case conferences, tumor boards, M&M, journal clubs):
- $2000 flat fee
- No charge for learner transcripts
Symposia:
- 0 – 6 credits: $2000
- 7 – 12 credits: $3000
- 13 or more credits: $4000
- In addition, all courses will have a per attendee fee of $20 which will include a certificate of AMA-PRA Category 1 Credit TM awarded or a certificate of attendance for non-physician attendees.
Recurring Symposia (identical course occurring multiple times within one year):
- Fees determined on a case by case basis
Enduring Material:
- $5000 (must be reviewed every three years)
Journal CME:
- Fees determined on a case by case basis
Conference Management Fees for Departmental Activities
All symposia must be managed or supervised by the SCCME. A SCCME manager and/or coordinator will manage each course (symposia, recurring symposia, enduring material or journal CME). Management fees may apply depending upon the level of service and funding source (10% of gross revenue in most cases).
